We also protect employers’ rights, including enforcement of covenants not to compete, misappropriation of trade secrets, and violations of confidentiality agreements.
We have extensive federal and state court trial experience.
We work with employers to prevent workplace disputes by providing training programs and advice to HR professionals on sexual harassment issues, documentation of performance problems, federal and state leave law compliance and ADA compliance.
We also review employee policies and handbooks for compliance with applicable laws.
