April 15, 2026Fenningham, Dempster & Coval LLP (Trevose, PA) is pleased to announce that Laura M. Zartman, Esq. has joined FDC in an “Of Counsel” role. Partners John C. Fenningham, Esq. and Christopher P. Coval, Esq. welcomed Laura to the Firm in April 2026 and are very pleased. Laura’s practice areas will complement FDC’s existing capabilities and will enhance our professional services in Estate Planning and Estate Administration.

Laura earned her law degree from the Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America, in 1996. Following that, Laura was appointed as a Special Agent with the F.B.I. After new agent training at the F.B.I Academy in Quantico, Virginia, she was assigned to the Newark, NJ, Field Office as an investigator in the Organized Crime Branch. Following the attacks of 9/11, Laura was assigned to investigate National Security matters in the Counterterrorism Branch. She became proficient in the forensic sciences as a member of F.B.I.’s Evidence Response Team, which led to Laura being appointed Senior Team Leader and program coordinator of Newark’s thirty-two-person forensic team.

After Laura retired from the F.B.I., she continued her education by completing Temple Law School’s LL.M. program in Taxation with emphasis on Estate Planning. Laura is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and will be engaged exclusively in Estate Planning and Estate Administration.
